Confidential Investor Suitability and Subscription Questionnaire
The information in this Questionnaire is to start the process with Legacy Beef Co-op (the “Cooperative”) to determine whether an investor meets the qualification and suitability requirements for an investment in the Cooperative. The Cooperative will rely upon the information in this Questionnaire for such purposes.
To become a member the Investor will need to review the full Term Sheet, provide their Federal Tax ID Number or Social Security Number and sign appropriate paperwork.
PLEASE NOTE: The securities have not been registered under the securities act of 1933 or the securities laws of any state or any other jurisdiction. There are further restrictions on the transferability of the securities.
